From start to finish, I led the project management and development of PAN’s new site. This included a major rethink of the site’s information architecture, front-end design, migration from Drupal to WordPress, content creation, and build-out of the new site.
Starting with tree tests and user personas, the team diagnosed how users interact with the site and a proposed new navigation system. Several key strategies we used to increase conversions, deepen user engagement, and highlight content.
